Colossians 3:23 forms the foundation of women’s soccer at BBC – 100% out of the heart to God.
Though each practice aims to develop excellence in the techniques and tactics of soccer, we do so with the ultimate goal in mind – playing to glorify God. The team goal each year is to live out 1 Corinthians 10:31 – Whatever you do (and that includes soccer!)…do all to the glory of God. These young women enjoy playing on a team whose primary goal is not just to win the game, but to win in a manner that honors God. Though God has blessed the women’s soccer program with many NCCAA II East Region and NCCAA II National championship seasons, the ultimate prize is knowing that they consistently played in such a way as to please God. If you want to use your God-given abilities 100% for Him, come join the team!
