Clarks Summit, PA- Baptist Bible College will be hosting for the first time Big Blue Basketball Night. Big Blue Basketball Night will be held this Saturday, February 6th in Huckaby Gymnasium on the campus of Baptist Bible College after the 2:00 pm women's basketball game and the 4:00 pm men's basketball game versus Centenary College. Immediately following the men's basketball game Coach Show and his men's team will run a free basketball clinic to all students in 4th-8th grade so bring your t-shirt, shorts, and shoes. Parents are welcome to stay and watch. Following the clinic there will be pizza for the students and their families.
The cost of the clinic and pizza is free, but there will be $3 admission for adults and $2 admission for students to get into the games. If the student wears their Big Blue T-shirt they will have free admission to the game.
Also that same night at 8:00 pm in the Phelps Student Center, 180 Records will present Fundamentals in Concert. Their special guests will include Shinin' Lite and the newest 180 Records artist Derek James! The cost of the concert is free, and there will be CDs and t-shirts available for purchase. Don't forget to mark your calendars for Big Blue Summer Camps. Big Blue Basketball is for students entering 5th-8th grade and will be held June 21-25. Big Blue Soccer is for students entering K5-8th grade and will be August 9-13.
Defender Camps for students in 9th-12th grade will also be held this summer. Defender Basketball Camp (for boys in grades 9-12) will be June 27-July 2. Lady Defender Basketball Camp (for girls in grades 8-12) will be July 4-9. Defender Soccer Camp (for boys and girls in grades 9-12) will be August 1-6. Defender Volleyball Camp (for girls in grades 9-12) will be August 8-13.
