Coming from the South (Harrisburg, Baltimore, Washington, D.C.)
Take I-83 North to I-81 to Exit 194 (Clarks Summit). Follow signs for 6 West/11 North (Clarks Summit); and then the sign for South Abington Road (right lane). Stay in the right lane, going through two traffic lights and bearing right on South Abington Road. Go one mile, turn right on Venard Road, and go 1/2 mile to the campus.

Coming from the North (Binghamton, Syracuse)
Take I-81 South to Exit 194 (Clarks Summit). Follow signs for 6 West/11 North (Clarks Summit); and then the sign for South Abington Road (right lane). Stay in the right lane, going through two traffic lights and bearing right on South Abington Road. Go one mile, turn right on Venard Road, and go 1/2 mile to the campus.

Coming from the East (New York City, New Jersey)
Take I-80 West to I-380 West to I-81 North to Exit 194 (Clarks Summit). Follow signs for 6 West/11 North (Clarks Summit); and then the sign for South Abington Road (right lane). Coming from Philadelphia, South Jersey
Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike Northeast Extension (476) Exit 131 (Clarks Summit). Follow signs for 6 West/11 North (Clarks Summit); and then the sign for South Abington Road (right lane). Stay in the right lane, going through two traffic lights and bearing right on South Abington Road. Go one mile, turn right on Venard Road, and go 1/2 mile to the campus.

Coming from the West (Cleveland, Pittsburgh)
Take I-80 East to I-81 North to Exit 194 (Clarks Summit). Follow signs for 6 West/11 North (Clarks Summit); and then the sign for South Abington Road (right lane). Stay in the right lane, going through two traffic lights and bearing right on South Abington Road. Go one mile, turn right on Venard Road, and go 1/2 mile to the campus.

Airport Information and Directions

Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport (AVP) – Avoca, PA
The closest airport to Baptist Bible College & Seminary is the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, which is approximately a twenty-minute drive from Clarks Summit. From the airport go north on I-81 and follow the directions coming from the South.

Greater Binghamton Airport (BGM) – Johnson City, NY
The Greater Binghamton Airport in southern New York is approximately an hour's drive from Clarks Summit. Turn onto Airport Road, follow this for eight miles. Take NY RT 17 East to I-81 South and follow the directions coming from the North.

Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE) – Allentown, PA
The Lehigh Valley International Airport in Allentown, PA, is about a ninety-minute drive from Clarks Summit. Go south on Route 987 (Airport Road) to Route 22 West, which will take you to PA Turnpike North (Route 476). Then follow directions coming from Philadelphia.

Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) – Philadelphia, PA
The Philadelphia International Airport is about a two-hour drive from Clarks Summit. Take I-95 South to 476 North and follow the directions coming from Philadelphia.

Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) – Newark, NJ
The Newark Liberty International Airport in Newark, NJ, is about a two-hour drive from Clarks Summit. Take the NJ Turnpike north to I-280 West to I-80 West then follow the directions coming from the East.

Soccer Field

Upon entering campus from Venard Road, follow the main road for two parking options.

Option 1: You can either find parking in the first lot on your right, immediately adjacent to Jackson Hall. The soccer field will be to the right of Jackson Hall from the parking lot.

Option 2: Drive past the first parking lot & Buckingham Hall and take the first right where you will drive behind Buckingham Hall. Parking will be on your immediate right in a lower lot. You can take the stairs in the middle of the parking lot, or the ramp at the end of the parking lot to the upper level where Jackson Hall is located. The soccer field will be directly behind Jackson Hall.

Softball Field

Upon entering campus from Venard Road, follow the main road past the first parking lot & Buckingham Hall. Take the first right where you will drive behind Buckingham Hall. Parking will be on your immediate right. You can take the stairs in the middle of the parking lot, or the ramp at the end of the parking lot to the upper level where Jackson Hall is located. The softball field is immediately to the left of Jackson Hall.

Baseball Field

From the BBC campus, turn left onto Venard Road. Turn right on S. Abington Road – at the light turn left onto E. Grove Street. Turn right on to S. State Street (US 11N). Go about 2.3 miles and turn right onto Ackerly Road. Go 3/10 mile on Ackerly Rd. Entrance to Ackerly Field is on the right, gravel driveway/metal gate.

From I-81, from I-81 north or southbound take the Clarks Summit exit (exit 194). Get in left lane at bottom of ramp toward Clarks Summit, Rt. 6 west/Rt. 11 north. Proceed through the town of Clarks Summit. Go 3.5 miles on Rt. 6/11 (called State St. in Clarks Summit). At the 8th traffic light from I-81 exit, turn right (sharp) onto Ackerly Rd. Go 3/10 mile on Ackerly Rd. Entrance to Ackerly Field is on the right, gravel driveway/metal gate.

Gymnasium – (basketball & volleyball)

Upon entering campus from Venard Road, follow the main road past the first parking lot and Buckingham Hall. Take the first right where you will drive behind Buckingham Hall and between all the dorms. The Phelps Student Center, which houses our gymnasium, is on the right at the end of the paved road. Parking is available on the left.

Cross Country Course

Upon entering campus from Venard Road, follow the main road past the first parking lot and Buckingham Hall. Take the first right where you will drive behind Buckingham Hall and between all the dorms. The course begins & ends outside of the Phelps Student Center, which is on the right at the end of the paved road. Parking is available on the left.
